Cooking Classes: Aoywaan is proudly the gold standard for authentic Thai cooking classes in the Bangkok area with every aspect customizable to fit the needs and wishes of the customer. Transportation is provided from the guests home, hotel, or BTS station. Classes generally open with a trip to a local market to learn about and gather ingredients for the days menu.

Guests then travel to Aoywaan by boat along the scenic Thajin river where they are met by staff for a refreshing drink before the start of the class. The menu will typically consist of a full Thai meal with multiple dishes from the different regions of Thailand.

The class is taught by an expert Thai chef and is available in English or Thai. Students are taught a variety of skills, from making curry paste to stir frying. Following the class, guest retire to the air conditioned dining room or the outside deck overlooking the river to enjoy refreshments and the meal they have cooked.
